Does cleaning include disinfection?
These are separate services. Disinfection is assessed where needed after cleaning; the product, surface compatibility and application conditions must be agreed.
Can work fit into a port call?
Share your location, arrival and departure times, system scope and access conditions. The team will assess a realistic work window before confirming availability.
What documentation should I request?
Agree the reporting scope before work starts: serviced areas, inspection images, completed operations and any inaccessible sections or follow-up recommendations.
How often should systems be cleaned?
There is no single interval for every vessel. Usage, deposits, system design and inspection findings inform a maintenance plan.
